The life with our dogs, breeding :
From ever, our three boys lived with those little companions that we love. Here, with space, the mildness of the climate, how ones and others will not feel well! There is nothing which can remind kennels (which is also necessary we understand it) because animals are in our daily life, their “flat” is included into the habitat itself, but with precise rules, for example neither lounge, nor rooms, or living-room, are authorized
Socialisation of these attractive animals is part of our life : the exception is the kitchen for some cuddles few hours a day. Very early, our children learnt not to do anything which could irritate the young animal. Visitors are surprised when one of the boys put his hand into the dog’s bowl itself, while the dog eats… and the animal does not react at all. Oh ! No, the explication is simple : we have learnt to animals this concession in order to exclude an accident, in case of inattention of parents, if by misfortune a child came to tease the dog
Our
dogs doesn’t live in a close area, despite of an appreciable space, they are
often « mixed » with humans : they go with children to school, and children from
the village comes to see the breeding. They go regularly to the bathing place
(it is the interest to be near a lake) and go to rub against horses of the next
equestrian centre
Our love for them is not infantilising, neither for the ones nor for the others, relations are conscious, respectfully of mutual specificities and liberty of each. It is in those conditions that personal development of everybody is possible
